Private pool, fenced back yard, barbecue/casual dining area at pool side. Balcony sundeck (peek at gulf). Three covered porches. Outside shower.

Step inside Europa and feel wrapped in tranquility and privacy: stunning, mirrored wet bar, soaring ceilings, all surfaces granite or marble, kitchen fit for the most discerning chef, excellent sound system, awesome lighting, floating staircase, delightful accessories from all over the globe. All furnishings are upscale.

Powder room, sunroom are located on ground floor.

King bed in downstairs master, jetted tub in adjoining, slightly elevated bath - as well as a separate, oversized shower.

Full accommodations in three bedrooms include two kings and one set of twin beds in a mini-suite. All are equipped with top of the line mattresses. TVs in-suite. HBO. DSL internet.

We also have a unique, tropical, baby sister home located in Old Florida Cottages! Very different from Europa but charming, cozy and only 200 yards from the gulf, 10 steps to a lovely community pool. PETS - DOGS welcome with prior approval. Refundable deposit determined by weight, size, to be discussed in advance. Proof of all vaccinations please. Leash to be used off property and, please, clean up after pets regardless of location. Note: I've been told repeatedly there are numerous homeowners who allow pets but charge outrageous fees - and keep a portion of those monies regardless. I refuse to "punish" dog lovers who want to travel with their best friend(s) so, although my pet fee may be governed by circumstances, it IS refundable...and I've YET to have to keep it...pet owners are the BEST guests!
